Welcome to the Quest!
Many readers around the world, for many years, have asked me how and where it is that I have been able to collect the little-known, intricate, eclectic tidbits about adventures, food, travel, history, esoterica, and glitzy trivia that appear throughout my many-layered stories.
And so, at last, I decided to write up glimpses of things that I discover as I journey “on the road.” I hope you enjoy these as much as I do!
The Pardon at St Anne la Palud
I was invited to attend the Pardon at St. Anne la Palud in France where St. Anne, the Virgin Mary’s mother, is patron saint of Brittany.
Gauguin joined many famous Breton artists in painting this beautiful tribute! At St. Anne la Palud this year a visiting bishop of Notre Dame in Paris joins the thousands in procession up the hill to Pardon the earth and the sea!
